The Grand Hotel is the place where the cult's secret church is hidden, being concealed behind the First Burning painting over Room 111. Alessa Gillespie is taken there in 1974 by Dahlia Gillespie and Christabella to be purified. She is shackled onto a seal bearing the cult's symbol and is burned alive. She is later found by Officer Thomas Gucci and taken to Brookhaven Hospital. Rose DaSilva and Cybil Bennett visit the hotel in 2003, where they find Anna throwing rocks at Dahlia. A picture of a child being torn apart by fire-breathing demons is discovered in the slot for Room 111, leading the three women to discover the hidden church. Rose confronts Dark Alessa in the church, but is forced to flee as the dark world starts to rise. The Grand Hotel is seen in
