The Brookhaven Hospital is a hospital located in Silent Hill, West Virginia and is where Alessa Gillespie is taken after she is found in the church. The dark world is created in Brookhaven when Alessa splits her soul and creates Dark Alessa out of her hate, allowing the birth of a world designed around her rage. Brookhaven Hospital is seen in the real world, the foggy world and the dark world.

Game Version
Brookhaven Hospital was built in 1820, in response to a great plague following a wave of immigration to the town, and later becomes a mental institution. It can be found on Carroll St, and is visited in both SH2 and SH3.
