Handgun

Location: Inside the clothes shop in Central Mall.

Pros: It's quick, easy to use and there's loads of ammunition to be found. You can also move when firing.

Cons: There's a limited range and this weapon can have little effect on bosses or the tougher enemies.

Recommended For: Numb Bodys, Double Heads and Slurpers.

Knife

Location: Start the game with this in your invetory.

Pros: It's fast and you can use it to conserve your ammo.

Cons: Need to get close to enemies to use it, and even then it only inflicts minor damage.

Recommended For: Nothing, unless you're totaly out of ammo.

Steel Pipe

Location: Leaning against the wall of the Bar in Central Mall.

Pros: It's fast, reasonably powerful and, again, you can use it when you need to conserve your firearm ammunition.

Cons: Need to get reasonably close to enemies to inflict damage, and it can be cumbersome to use.

Recommended For: Numb Bodys, Double Heads and Slurpers.

Shotgun

Location: Inside a present box on the subway car.

Pros: Even though it's more powerful than the handgun, you can still move when firing - use it point-blank and it can be devastating.

Cons: It takes longer to load and you're restricted to 6 bullet magazines. It's wise to avoid quick-moving bosses.

Recommended For: Anything that gets in your way!

Maul

Location: In the tunnels underground (same room as map).

Pros: Inflicts a deadly blow, which can kill the average enemy in a couple of hits.

Cons: Although it's similar to the Steel Pipe it's a lot slower to swing. Avoid using this weapon if surrounded by many enemies.

Recommended For: Double Heads and Numb Bodys when they are grounded.

Katana

Location: Art Gallery Store Room, Hilltop Centre.

Pros: It inflicts a lot of damage and several types of attacks are possible.

Cons: Can be slow and difficult to use.

Recommended For: Numb Body.

Stun Gun

Location: Drawers in bedroom, inside Heathers apartment.

Pros: Sends out a leathal electrical blow that will knock most enemies to the ground.

Cons: It can be cumbersome to use.

Recommended For: Numb Body and Insane Cancer.

Sub-Machine Gun

Location: Brookhaven Hospital, Basement, near elevator.

Pros: You can spray bullets a plenty at a group of enemies until any danager is overcome.

Cons: Due to the speed at which it of loads bullets, it can be a very short lived weapon. Make sure you have sufficient rounds before using this.

Recommended For: Anything that moves..
